THIS CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.** VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 

IF A MINOR IN YOUR STATE OF RESIDENCE, OBTAIN THE CONSENT OF YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN BEFORE PARTICIPATING.  

1.  Eligibility:  The Más+ by Messi™ Trick Shot Challenge Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of the following entities and members of their immediate families (defined as parent, child, sibling, spouse) or same households (whether related or not) are NOT eligible to enter the Contest or win a Prize: Más+ Next Generation Beverage Co. (“Sponsor”), Million Dollar Media (“Administrator”), Inter Miami CF, LLC, Major League Soccer, LLC, their respective  parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as wholesalers, distributors, and retailers of Mas+ by Messi™ products. By participating in the Contest, entrants (if entrant is a minor, their parent or legal guardian) agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Million Dollar Media (the independent judging organization which is part of the judging panel) which shall be final and binding in all respects.  All federal, state and local laws apply.   

2.  Contest Period:  Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 19, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET June 30, 2025.   

3.  How to Enter: Internet access and a valid public account on either the Instagram or TikTok social media platforms are required for entry.  An account on either platform may be opened for free if you do not currently have one. For an Instagram account, visit https://www.instagram.com. For a TikTok account, visit https://www.tiktok.com. In either case, it is strongly recommended that you – if a minor, your parent or legal guardian – carefully review all policies, terms and guidelines of the corresponding social media platform BEFORE creating an account on that platform. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. 

To enter the Contest, follow these steps: 

a) Place an empty bottle of Más+ by Messi hydration drink or any other product on a flat surface. 

b) Record a video of you knocking the bottle off the surface “in style”‡ 

c) Post the video on your public account on either Instagram or TikTok, along with the hashtags #OneShotToMeetMessi and #MasbyMessiContest as well as tagging @masbymessi.  

‡PARTICIPANT MAY USE ANY MEANS TO KNOCK THE BOTTLE OFF THE SURFACE (“ATTEMPT”) PROVIDED THAT THEY ARE IN APPROPRIATE PHYSICAL CONDITION TO DO SO. THE ATTEMPT MAY INVOLVE USING A BALL BUT THIS IS NOT REQUIRED. REGARDLESS OF THE CHOSEN METHOD TO KNOCK THE BOTTLE OFF THE SURFACE, PARTICIPANTS ARE ADVISED TO TAKE NECESSARY AND APPROPRIATE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS PRIOR TO MAKING THEIR ATTEMPT. BY WAY OF EXAMPLE ONLY, DO NOT MAKE THE ATTEMPT IN A CONFINED SPACE AND ANY PERSONS WITNESSING THE ATTEMPT (INCLUDING A THIRD PARTY VIDEOGRAPHER) SHOULD STAND AT A SAFE DISTANCE AWAY FROM PARTICIPANT WHEN THEY ARE MAKING THE ATTEMPT.  PARTICIPANT (IF A MINOR IN HIS/HER STATE OF RESIDENCE, HIS/HER PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN) EXPRESSLY ASSUMES ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ASSOCIATED WITH THE ATTEMPT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  

AN ATTEMPT SHOULD NOT INVOLVE DANGEROUS STUNTS OR ANY FORM OF HORSE PLAY. SPONSOR IS NOT LOOKING FOR – AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFY – VIDEOS WHICH INCLUDE ANY CONTENT WHEREBY PERSONS INTENTIONALLY IGNORE APPROPRIATE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS OR SEEK TO AMPLIFY OR INCREASE THE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE IN MAKING AN ATTEMPT.    

Video cannot exceed forty-five (45) seconds in length and must comply with the technological requirements of Instagram or TikTok, as applicable. Any material in excess of the forty-five (45) second limit will not be reviewed.  Regardless of method, all entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2025. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged (including via comment posted on @masbymessi) but such acknowledgment does not constitute any representation of eligibility for the Contest nor is it otherwise binding upon Sponsor. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor. If entering via mobile device, third party usage fees may apply. You may be charged for wireless Internet access according to the terms of your plan with your cellular or “wi-fi” provider. You (if a minor, your parent/legal guardian) are advised to review the pricing plan with the corresponding wireless service provider BEFORE you enter the Contest. Not all wireless providers feature necessary service to participate in the Contest. Check your phone capabilities for specific instructions. Wireless Internet access is not available in all areas. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, stolen, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, inaccessible, incorrect, or garbled entries or other Contest materials, all of which are void.  

4.  Submission Guidelines: 

Content Restrictions: 

a) Content must be original and may not include any unauthorized photos, images, comments or plagiarism of any kind. 

b) The content must not be inappropriate, pornographic/sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise unfit for publication (e.g., comment includes hate speech [including without limitation sexist, misogynist or racist content], profanity, advocate violence, drug use or any illegal act). 

c) The content must be relevant to the Contest theme and include an Attempt. 

d) The content must not adversely affect the business reputation or goodwill of Más+ Next Generation Beverage Co., its Más+ by Messi hydration drink or Mr. Messi.  

e) May not be, or ever have been, previously submitted in any contest or promotion.  

f) May not feature, display, refer to, or mention any companies or brands in competition with Sponsor’s Más+ by Messi hydration drink. 

g) May not contain any political or politically themed or motivated messages, comments, statements or images. 

h) May not depict or describe the mistreatment or abuse of animals.  

Subject only to the rights retained by Meta Platforms, Inc. or TikTok Inc. (as applicable), entrant (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) as well as any third party recording the attempt on behalf of entrant (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian), if applicable, grants to Sponsor and its designees the non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicenseable right and license to use, perform, exhibit, reproduce and/or otherwise exploit the content in any manner and in any and all distribution channels, venues or media now known or hereafter devised, without further notice or any compensation to entrant. Entrant and any third party recording the attempt on behalf of entrant (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) (a) waives “Moral Right of Authors” (Droit Moral) in the content pursuant to U.S. law and (b) agrees, upon Sponsor’s request and without compensation, to sign any and all necessary and appropriate documents so as to effect, perfect or record such grant of license rights. 

POSTED VIDEOS REPRESENT SOLELY THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE APPLICABLE ENTRANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF SPONSOR OR MR. MESSI PERSONALLY IN ANY MANNER. SPONSOR IS MERELY REQUESTING PERSONS TO POST VIDEOS OF ATTEMPTS; AND SPONSOR as well as mr. messi peRsonally each DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH SAME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR MODERATING, MONITORING OR REVIEWING VIDEOS POSTED BY ENTRANTS. SPONSOR AND MR. MESSI PERSONALLY WILL NOT EDIT OR MODIFY VIDEOS POSTED FOR THE CONTEST IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONTEST. 

PERSONS VIEWING ANY ENTRANT’S ACCOUNT ON INSTAGRAM OR TIKTOK ARE EXPRESSLY CAUTIONED NOT TO TRY TO IMITATE OR RE-CREATE ANY ATTEMPT AS POSTED BY AN ENTRANT WITHOUT FIRST CAREFULLY EVALUATING THE RISKS OF DOING SO; AND, IF PERSON VIEWING AN ENTRANT’S ACCOUNT IS A MINOR, THE IMITATION/RE-CREATION OF AN ATTEMPT SHOULD BE SUPERVISED BY A PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES.  

5. Additional Entry Restrictions:  Limit one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period; should a person post their video on Instagram and TikTok, they will only receive one (1) entry. Violation of this entry limit will result in only the initial entry being accepted. Automated entries are prohibited and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification. But Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries (and disqualify any entrant from the Contest altogether as well as to prohibit such entrant from participating in future promotions offered by Sponsor) if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that a given person has engaged in egregious, blatant or repeated violations of the entry limit. Proof of submission of entry (that is, posting of video on one’s public account on Instagram or TikTok) does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of entry.   

5.  Prizes:  

One (1) Grand Prize will be available to be awarded. Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for winner and one (1) verified guest (who must be 13 years of age or older with documented parental or guardian permission) to Miami, Florida on dates to be determined by Sponsor sometime during the period of February 2026 through October 2026 to meet Mr. Lionel “Leo” Messi and attend a professional soccer match. Grand Prize consists of: 

Award of Grand Prize is conditioned upon the results of a background check on Grand Prize winner and their guest.  Grand Prize winner and guest agree to fully cooperate with the conduct of the background check, including providing any additional consents, information and materials needed for same, upon request of Sponsor or its designated representative and without compensation of any kind.   Grand Prize winner and guest further agree that Sponsor may refrain from awarding the Grand Prize or, allowing a person to function as the guest of Grand Prize winner (as the case may be), without liability of any kind, based on the results of the background check; by way of example only, if the background check reveals that Grand Prize winner/guest has committed a crime, engaged in an act of moral turpitude or any other behavior that may adversely affect the goodwill and business reputation of Más+ Next Generation Beverage Co. and/or Mr. Messi. Grand Prize winner and guest further acknowledge that Sponsor’s decisions based on the background check are final and binding and not subject to appeal. 

Sponsor does NOT represent, warrant or guarantee (directly or indirectly) that Mr. Messi will start for Inter Miami CF (or play at all) in the Soccer Match; if he does not play (or plays for only a limited amount of time) for any reason, Sponsor shall not have any liability under any legal theory. Without limiting the foregoing, entrant (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) expressly acknowledges that Mr. Messi may not start or play in the Soccer Match for various reasons beyond the control of Sponsor, including by way of example only, coach’s decision, injury and league discipline.   

Depending on venue where it is held, the Soccer Match may be a rain-or-shine event. Exact seat location will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Tickets to Soccer Match are subject to terms and conditions of use as provided therewith, including policy if Soccer Match cannot be played for any reason. Tickets to Soccer Match may be awarded in virtual (“e”) form; and, in such case, should winner not have a compatible mobile device, special arrangements will be made to award tickets. Venue restrictions also apply, which may include but are not limited to (a) bag policy; (b) mandatory security screening; (c) prohibition on certain items in venue (for example, weapons of any kind); and (d) restriction or prohibition on re-entry to venue. Tickets are governed by a revocable, non-transferable license and are not intended for use by anyone other than winner and their guest including but not limited to provision to another via re-sale, exchange or barter.

Grand Prize winner and their guest must at all times act in an appropriate, well-behaved and respectful manner in using tickets to Soccer Match. The preceding includes abiding by any Guest Code of Conduct of venue as well as complying with any laws/regulations or policies (of the United States or any political subdivision thereof, of venue or any other business entity) designed to prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus; such as, mask-wearing, social distancing, providing proof of negative COVID-19/Coronavirus test and/or providing proof of vaccination against COVID-19/Coronavirus. 

All costs and expenses related to acceptance/use of Grand Prize not specified herein are solely the Grand Prize winner's responsibility. The preceding includes but is not limited to travel to ground transportation, souvenirs, meals, and gratuities.   

Grand Prize winner’s guest must complete, sign before a witness other than a relative, and return a Liability Release and Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to Grand Prize trip. If Grand Prize winner’s guest is a minor, their parent/legal guardian must be the Grand Prize winner and must sign the Liability Release and Publicity Release (where lawful) on the minor guest’s behalf. If Grand Prize winner is a minor, the Grand Prize winner’s guest must be their parent or legal guardian.  

*If Grand Prize winner chooses to accept the Grand Prize without a guest or guest does not timely return signed Liability Release and Publicity Release [where lawful], Grand Prize will be awarded in increments appropriate for the Grand Prize winner him/herself and no substitute Grand Prize or compensation will be awarded in conjunction therewith. In addition, no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded if one or both tickets to the Soccer Match are awarded but unused for any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, award of the five-hundred-dollar ($500) gift card element of the Grand Prize is contingent upon winner taking the Grand Prize trip. 

Grand Prize winner must either accept the Grand Prize in its entirety or decline the Grand Prize.  If Grand Prize is declined by the Grand Prize winner, no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded in conjunction therewith.

Total Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $3,200.00 (depending on number of tickets awarded and winner’s home residence). Should actual value of Grand Prize be less than the stated Approximate Retail Value, Grand Prize winner will not receive the difference in cash or otherwise.  

Fifteen (15) First Prizes are available to be awarded. Each First Prize winner will receive a Más+ “Hydration Station”, a stainless steel rolling cooler (specific manufacturer, model and properties to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and one (1) year supply of MÁS+ BY MESSI products (awarded as twelve [12] coupons each redeemable for one (1) MÁS+ BY MESSI 12-count variety pack). All costs and expenses associated with First Prize acceptance and use that are not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Coupon redeemable for MÁS+ BY MESSI 12-count variety pack is subject to terms and conditions of redemption/use as indicated thereon. If First Prize is declined by any potential winner or if any coupons awarded as part of First Prize are unused by winner, no alternate Prize or compensation will be awarded.      

Approximate Retail Value of each First Prize is $498.00. 

Total Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes is $10,670.00. 

Prizes will only be awarded to verified winners with a street address within the 50 United States or District of Columbia.  

6.  Winners Determination.  

All eligible videos will be initially reviewed by the Administrator, which will select approximately twenty-five (25) videos as finalists (“finalist videos”). Administrator and Sponsor will not have any liability of any kind if fewer (or more than) twenty-five (25) videos are selected by Administrator in the initial round of judging. 

The finalist videos will advance to the second round of judging for review by Sponsor, which will select sixteen (16) videos as the potential prize winners.  The finalist videos ranked first and second by Sponsor will be provided to Mr. Messi for the final round of judging, in which he will select the potential Grand Prize winner from among the two (2) highest ranked finalist videos with the entrant who submitted the other, remaining finalist video potentially winning a First Prize.† The entrants who submitted the remaining fourteen (14) videos will each potentially win a First Prize. The entrants who submitted finalist videos which were not selected by Sponsor in the second round of judging will not receive any prize.  

The initial judging by Administrator will take place on or about July 3, 2025; the second round of judging by Sponsor will take place on or about July 10, 2025; the determination of the Grand Prize winner by Mr. Messi† will take place on or about July 17, 2025. The judging panel (that is, collectively, Administrator, Sponsor and Mr. Messi†) will utilize the following equally weighted criteria in evaluating videos in the corresponding rounds of judging:  

The judging panel will take into account the age of entrants in applying the judging criteria; the decisions of the judging panel are final and binding in all respects and are not subject to appeal.  Entrants (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) acknowledges that the results of the judging are confidential and proprietary information belonging to Sponsor and expressly waive any right to review or inspect such results.  
 
In the unlikely event of a tie in any round of judging, an additional party will review the tied videos using the above criteria so as to break the tie.
 
7.  Notification/Verification/Alternates: POTENTIAL WINNERS WILL BE INITIALLY NOTIFIED VIA DIRECT MESSAGE FROM @masbymessi; IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF ENTRANT TO CONFIGURE HIS/HER PRIVACY SETTINGS SO AS TO ACCEPT DIRECT MESSAGES FROM @masbymessi. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified on or about August 1, 2025. Potential Grand Prize winner (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to complete and sign before a Notary Public an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where lawful), complete a W-9 Taxpayer Information form, and consent to a background check (as per Section 5 above) within three (3) business days of initial notification. If potential Grand Prize winner fails to comply with the preceding requirements or if Sponsor elects not to award him/her the Grand Prize because of the results of the background check (as per Section 5 above), Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner selected (that is, the entrant whose finalist video was not selected by Mr. Messi in the final round of judging). This process will continue, with additional alternate potential Grand Prize winner(s) being selected from among the remaining potential prize winner finalist videos. Once the Grand Prize has been awarded, the remaining potentially winning entrants are potential First Prize winners and will be notified. Potential First Prize winner (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) must complete and sign before a Witness 21+ years of age or older other than a relative by blood or marriage a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where lawful) within three (3) business days of notification or said First Prize will be forfeited.  If First Prizes are forfeited or, due to selection of alternate potential Grand Prize winners, there are fewer than fifteen (15) First Prize winners in total, Sponsor reserves the right (but is not obligated to) select alternate potential First Prize winners from among the finalists whose videos were selected by Administrator in the initial round of judging but not selected by Sponsor in the second round of judging.  In all cases of prize forfeiture, no compensation will be provided by Sponsor. 
 
8.  General Conditions: Limit of one (1) prize per person, household or address. Entry in the Contest constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to abide by and accept the terms and conditions of these Official Rules; should entrant be a minor, their parent/legal guardian unconditionally agrees to accept the terms and conditions of these Official Rules by consenting to their child participating in the Contest. No prize substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion for Prize/Prize component of comparable value. Except for coupons for redeemable for MÁS+ BY MESSI 12-count variety pack where required by applicable law (as well as five-hundred dollar [$500] gift card component of Grand Prize), prizes are not redeemable/exchangeable for cash. Prizes are not transferable except with Sponsor’s prior consent which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion without liability of any kind. By accepting any Prize, said winner (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) waives the right to assert as a cost of winning said Prize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem said Prize and any and all liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said Prize. All costs and expenses associated with said Prize acceptance and use that are not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.   

Taxes on prize are winner’s sole responsibility. Grand Prize winner will be issued W-9 IRS Tax Form with the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release and a subsequent 1099 IRS Form as the value of the Grand Prize exceeds $599. Upon receipt of any Prize, any winner shall be required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local law, rules and regulations.    

Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any Prize furnished in connection with the Contest. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE PRECEDING ONLY EXCLUDES SPONSOR’S OWN PRODUCT WITH REGARD TO THE FIRST PRIZE.

9.  Releases:  By participating, entrant (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) indemnifies, releases and agrees to hold harmless (a) Más+ Next Generation Beverage Co., Inter Miami CF, LLC, Major League Soccer, LLC and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies (including Million Dollar Media), and retailers of Más+ by Messi™ products; (b) Mr. Lionel Messi personally; (c) the directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors and assigns of any of the above organizations; and (d) Meta Platforms, Inc. and TikTok Inc. (“Released Entities”) from any and all liability arising from participating in the Contest, any Contest-related activity and/or the acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any Prize (as applicable). Without limiting the foregoing, Más+ Next Generation Beverage Co. makes no representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind regarding any Prize with the sole exception of its own product with regard to First Prize. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any Prize constitutes the agreement by winner (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) to the use of winner’s name, address (city, state), likeness, voice, photograph or other indicia of persona and/or statements regarding the Sponsor, Más+ by Messi™ product or the Contest for advertising, publicity and trade purposes by Sponsor and its designees, without further compensation or any notice or approval of any kind.

10. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for all purposes of the Contest. Sponsor assumes no responsibility under any legal theory for (a) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any web site or entries; (c) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, programming or failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof, or for injury or damage to entrant’s or to any other person’s mobile device (or any information/materials stored thereon) related to or resulting from downloading materials from any web site or participating in the Contest; (d) entries being inaccessible, irregular or defective in any respect due to filtering by or other operation of the functionality of Instagram or TikTok (as applicable); and (e) late, lost, illegible/garbled, incomplete, damaged, inaccessible, corrupted or jumbled e-mail transmissions or entries regardless of cause (and, all such entries are void.)

11.  Force Majeure: If the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned for any reason beyond the control of Sponsor (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic/epidemic, unauthorized intervention, fraud, civil commotion), Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and conduct the Contest and select the winners in a manner which is fair, equitable and in accordance with these Official Rules, if feasible, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on @masbymessi on Instagram and TikTok.  

12.  Tampering:  ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST OR TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY SUCH PERSON FROM THE CONTEST (IF APPLICABLE), PROHIBIT SUCH PERSON FROM PARTICIPATING IN FUTURE PROMOTIONS OFFERED BY SPONSOR, AS WELL AS TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 

13.  Additional Conditions of Participation:  Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical, technical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the prizes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, control and govern. If a Contest entry is lost, destroyed or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy shall be the opportunity to submit a replacement entry, if feasible; if not feasible (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), Sponsor shall not have any liability of any kind relative to same. Only the type and quantity of Prizes described in these Official Rules (that is, one [1] Grand Prize and fifteen [15] First Prizes) are available to be won in the Contest. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules in a given instance shall not represent the waiver of such provision. Should a court of competent jurisdiction deem a given provision of these Official Rules to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision will be replaced with a substitute provision which is valid/legal/enforceable and most closely approximates the original intent of Sponsor. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of any other provision of these Official Rules.   

14. Language. In the event of any inconsistency between the English language version and Spanish translation of these Official Rules, the English language version will govern, prevail and control.  

15. Disputes:  This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without respect to conflict of law/choice of law doctrines of Illinois (or of any other jurisdiction which would lead to the application of the law of any jurisdiction other than Illinois). To the fullest extent permitted by law, as a condition of participating in the Contest, entrant (if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees (a) that any and all disputes regarding the Contest which cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a federal or state court located in Cook County, Illinois; (b) to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and to waive any right of inconvenient forum, change of venue or any like right; (c) that any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Contest (if any), but in no event attorney’s fees, with all other forms of remedy – including but not limited to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and injunctive relief – being expressly waived.  

16.  Winners List: For the winners list, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to “MESSI Trick Shot Challenge, 167 N. Green Street, 6th Floor, Chicago, IL 60607. All requests must be received by July 31, 2025. Winners list will be available after August 15, 2025.
